Hi,
I visited Bosch DIY Square in April so this post is really two months late! I can’t tell you how much behind schedule the little one’s holidays and our travel has kept us.
Anyway, we are back on track and you would be able to see some neat stuff on your favorite blog. 🙂
Here we were visiting a beautiful lake early morning. Well! It wasn’t that early by the time we got the two little girls ready for a morning walk.
We were quite happy to see that Bangalore had such a beautiful lake and we loved this visit.
Right near this lake was the BOSCH DIY square store. So, we trooped in with Deepak Mulajkar, partner at Bosch DIY Square to see this shop and all it has to offer.
The shop design was very appealing. Each corner of the shop was neatly designed to accommodate the various product categories. Take a look at some of them below.
It was amazing that there were just so many products BOSCH had to offer from Solar panels to Carpentry tools, to gardening tools, to car washing accessories, to crafting glue guns, to home appliances – Refrigerators, washing machines, dish washers, hobs & chimneys. It seemed as if almost everything we needed was here.
Some of the products were even great for gifting. We bought some key chain torches and toolkits with the regular tools like the screwdrivers with the different attachments, useful if gifted to anyone. If you require more product information, you can contact them on the shop information given below.
I just went to their Facebook page and found some more amazing products and now, we can even use a BOSCH product for cooking. They also have an oven!
And, one of their unique features of this shop is that they help you DIY (Do-It-Yourself). So, they actually train you on the usage of their own tools in workshops held regularly.
And now that dream wooden bird house or that glass etching you have been wanting to do or the basic carpentry course you wanted to enroll into to make something on your own IS POSSIBLE.
Just LIKE their Facebook page and wait for the news of their next workshop. The good news is that some of them are free.
Here are some pictures of the products made by participants. Yes, that’s an etched eggshell!
Here are some pictures of the areas designated to create that masterpiece on your own.
Now, I would not have believed that it was as easy as they said till I tried some on my own.
So here is my first glass etched MASTERPIECE. 🙂
I can paint it or leave it natural, give it a lovely dark background and frame it. Why I haven’t got round to it by now beats me. I will and soon.
So, if you are interested in any of the workshops or if you have a special day to take your partner shopping for some home appliances, head here. May be you can even visit the lake. 😉
Thank you BOSCH team for a lovely visit.

PS. : I have got an amazing glue gun from BOSCH store. A little birdie tells me, it is one of the best in quality and is a non-drip glue gun. Watch this space for future posts on the fun things I create using this glue gun.
