Hi,

Aruja had a show and tell activity in school. Topic was transport. So, we did some charts.

Nothing great but, at the last minute we decided:

1.) Not to use the computer and printer to print out stuff but, I did use the laptop to search for easy to draw vehicles 😉

2.) Not to use the readily available charts

3.) Not to go out and buy more stuff for this activity but use whatever we had.

I believe that any show and tell activity at this age is just for the kids to get used to public speaking. That is, when they are specifically asked to 😉

Materials available

Few colored card papers, some foam dots, sketch pens ( half of which did not work! ), A yoyo in the shape of a wheel.

Simple lines for the child to speak

How many wheels does a bicycle have? Two (actually count them in page 3)

How many wheels does an auto rickshaw have? Three (actually count)

How many wheels does a car have? Four (actually count)

I love to travel.

Thank you.

Hope this helps if someone wants to create a simple chart for such young kids.
